New Jersey, West Virginia, and Michigan were the first three states to welcome Play'n GO before the company moved into Connecticut for its regulated gaming services.

Following their thorough registration with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in Ontario, Canada—a province known for its strict gaming laws—Play’n GO has streamlined its paperwork to comply with various US states' tougher gambling regulations.

CCO Magnus Olsson stated that Play’n GO aims to continue its growth in all regulated markets, further expanding from the more than 25 jurisdictions where they currently operate, with Canadian provinces among them.
